Arusha, September 17, 2003(FH) – The trial of genocide suspect and former Rwandan Minister of Finance, Emmanuel Ndindabahizi, was, late on Tuesday evening, adjourned at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda due to lack of prosecution witnesses.
