Arusha, March 1, 2004 (FH) – The former mayor of Rusumo commune, (Kibungo Prefecture, Eastern Rwanda) Sylvestre Gacumbitsi whose trial is being heard at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) on Monday provided information alleging that he was innocent.
