In this new podcast, our partners from Asymmetrical Haircuts invited in person <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justiceinfo.net\/en\/137917-how-un-tribunal-rwanda-shaped-genocide-narrative.html\">Lucy Gaynor<\/a>, a close follower of the Hague court and historian, to comment this week highly-publicized Joseph Kony\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justiceinfo.net\/en\/149520-kony-are-you-there.html\">in absentia confirmation of charges hearing<\/a> before the ICC. Gaynor found in it, coming from all sides, a \u201ccompletely different kinds of arguments\u201d, compared to similar hearings in presence of the accused. And a more general questioning for what\u2019s happening in court at the ICC: \u201cWho is the general audience for these things, what expectations do we have when we say the word justice?\u201d,
