The activists who lobbied to have ecocide included in the Rome Statute will have to live without it and rely on ICC\u2019s provisions that classify environmental crimes as war crimes and crimes against humanity. This is what explains, in this new podcast from our partners from Asymmetrical Haircuts, Colombian lawyer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/laura-baron-mendoza-882808aa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Laura Baron-Mendoza<\/a><strong> <\/strong>who has contributed to the latest ICC\u2019s policy paper on environmental crimes.
