The Media trial groups Ferdinand Nahimana, a founder and alleged director of \"hate radio\" Radio-T\u00e9l\u00e9vision Libre des Mille Collines (RTLM); Jean-Bosco Barayagwiza, a former politician and RTLM board member; and Hassan Ngeze, former editor of \"Kangura\" newspaper.\n<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p  >\nThe case is before the ICTR's Trial Chamber One which on Tuesday begins the genocide trial of Seventh Day Adventist pastor Elizaphan Ntakirutimana and his son G\u00e9rard. The Media trial began on October 23rd, 2000. One of the accused, Jean-Bosco Barayagwiza, has maintained a boycott of the courtroom, claiming that the ICTR is manipulated by the current regime in Kigali. Prosecution has so far called thirty witnesses in the case.
