The military trial groups four former military officers and genocide suspects namely; Th\u00e9oneste Bagosora a former advisor at the Rwandan defence ministry (chef de cabinet), Lieutenant Colonel Anatole Nsengiyumva, Major Aloys Ntabakuze and General Gratien Kabiligi.\n<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p  >\nDes Forges who is the first prosecution witness is under cross-examination by Kabiligi's defence attorney, Jean Degli of Togo\/France. She started her testimony on September 9. Jean Degli questioned Des Forges on several documents on   the genocide which she presented to the prosecution. The witness has written widely on human rights issues in the Great Lakes Region, notably Rwanda and Burundi. She has also authored a book on the 1994 Rwanda genocide, \"Leave None to Tell the Story. \"Barbara Mulvaney of United States  is leading the prosecution team. This trial is before ICTR's Trial Chamber Three composed of judges Lloyd George Williams of St. Kitts and Nevis, (presiding) Pavel Dolenc of Slovenia and Andresia Vaz of Senegal.
