The \u201cprotected witness code-named \u201cUL\u201d, has been testifying behind closed doors since Monday.\n<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p  >\nAccording to Ibukunolu Babajide, member of the prosecution in this trial, the witness will give the entire testimony in closed session. The former minister of health, Casimir B izimungu, that of minister of foreign affairs, Jerome Bicamumpaka, minister of commerce, Justin Mugenzi, and the former minister of public service, Prosper Mugiraneza, have each pleaded not guilty to six counts of genocide and crimes against humanity. The so called \u201cGovernment II\u201d the trial is taking place in Trial Chamber Two of the ICTR composed of Judge Asoka de Zoya Gunawardana from Sri Lanka (presiding) Judge Lee Gacuiga Muthoga from Kenya and Khalid Rashid Khan from Pakistan.
