The trial will resume on Friday when the prosecution is expected to have brought more witnesses from Rwanda.\n<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p  >\nThe trial known as Government Two, groups former minister of Health, Casimir Bizimungu, former minister of Foreign Affairs J\u00e9r\u00f4me Bicamumpaka, that of Commerce, Justin Mugenzi and Prosper Mugiraneza, former minister of Public Service.  They each face six counts of genocide and crime against humanity. On Monday two witnesses, dubbed GKE and GKI, testified.  On Tuesday morning the eleventh witness GKI, was cross-examined for only half an hour by two defence counsels. The prosecutor, Paul Ng'arua (Kenya), then told the chamber that he had anticipated that the two witnesses would testify up to Thursday and that he had no other available. Mugenzi's co-counsel, Ben Gumpert (UK), protested against the delay, terming it as lack of preparedness by the prosecution. He lamented that the suspects have already been in custody for long awaiting trial and it would be unfair for them if such delays occur again.
