This was confirmed to the New Times by the Rwandan Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr Charles Murigande and the Ugandan Ambassador to Rwanda, Richard Kabonero. The order follows a meeting hold in Kampala on January 15 this year. Dr Murigande was representing Rwandan President Paul Kagame. The extradition list contains 69 names, the New Times has established. Few months ago, Protais Mpiranya, a senior military officer in the former Rwandan army, indicted by International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) was believed to live in Uganda. One local newspaper published the copy of his Ugandan passport. The New Times doesn&#39;t talk about him. Last year, Kampala set up a commission to investigate how Rwandan accused by their government to have been involved in 1994 genocide managed to acquire Ugandan passports. The investigation is going on.
