According to the Rwandan local authorities, the 49 persons, all Tutsis, originate from the Gatete sector, in the commune of Busoni, in the province of Kirundo, indicates the source.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n&quot;We made the decision to flee after the shooting death, on 11 October at around 7 p.m., of our former counsellor (of the sector NDLR), Patrick Nkurunziza. (...)
