He is also alleged not to have acted against teachers preaching that a double genocide was perpetrated in Rwanda, added the newspaper.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAccording to UN estimates, about 800,000 ethnic Tutsis and moderate Hutus were killed in the April-July 1994 genocide.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nMugemangango was elected to his position in March 2006. The district will be temporarily managed by its Executive Secretary, Richard Mberabagabo, pending new elections.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Ministry of Education fired about fifty principals and teachers in January, this year, accused of conveying the obnoxious genocide ideology.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nSRE\/PB\/MM\/SC\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&copy; Hirondelle News Agency<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kigali, 28 March 2008 (FH) -
