On 30 March, she is expected to arrive in Kigali, Rwanda.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nIn Rwanda, the top UN Legal officer is expected to dwell on creation of a &quot;residual mechanism&quot; of ICTR.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nThe residual mechanism is a structure which will have the role of managing issues which will not have been settled at the closing of all first instance trials at the Tribunal by end of this year as directed by the UN Security Council.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nThe appeal cases are expected to be closed by end of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nSC\/GF\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&copy; Hirondelle News Agency<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arusha, 23 March 2009 (FH) -
