This is a lie,'' witness &lsquo;'NBO'' responded to Prof. Hinds.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nLike the other three protected defence witnesses who preceded her, &lsquo;'NBO'' gave evidence mostly in closed sessions.&nbsp;&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p >\nThe prosecution led by Nigerian Ifeoma Ojemini Okali has begun cross examining the witness.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nLt. Col Setako is facing six charges including genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes. He denied the charges. The trial continues Thursday.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nAccording to the UN estimates 800,000 people mostly Tutsis and moderate Hutus were massacres in the span of 100 days, between April 6 and July, 1994.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p >\nNI\/SC\/GF\n<\/p>\n<p >\n&copy; Hirondelle News Agency<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arusha, 06 May 2009 (FH) -
