He or she will be based within the Association of Student Survivors of Genocide (AERG),'' the New Times quoted Rwandan Foreign Minister, Rosemary Museminali, as having reported during the Inter-Ministerial meeting last week.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nAccording to the Minister, Horizon Company was selected because of its track-record in construction work and also the Ministry of Defence and the Army's positive response to the &lsquo;'One Dollar Campaign''.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nThe &lsquo;'One Dollar Campaign'', which was launched in April, had until last month already collected 2.1million US dollars out of the targeted 2.6 million US dollars.
