He was sentenced to 20 years in jail in March 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nTwo months ago, Dutch magistrates came to Rwanda to hear witnesses related to Joseph Mpambara's appeal case.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nIn 2001, Mpambara's brother, Obed Ruzindana, was convicted by the ICTR to 25 years in jail for crimes against humanity.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nER\/GF\n<\/p>\n<p >\n&copy; Agence Hirondelle\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&copy; Hirondelle News Agency<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arusha, May 17, 2010 (FH) -
