In fact they were set up to identify RPF (Rwandan Patriotic Front) infiltrators coming into the country,'' he told the Chamber during cross examination by ICTR Attorney Don Webster.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nHe elaborated that roadblocks were erected since October 1, 1990 when RPF attacked Rwanda but the number was increased during the massacres in 1994.\n<\/p>\n<p >\n&lsquo;'There may be one more defence witness after Ngirumpatse evidence expected to testify via video link,'' the accused Co-counsel, Fr&eacute;d&eacute;ric Weyl told Hirondelle News Agency.\n<\/p>\n<p >\n<p >\nNI\/FK\/GF\n<\/p>\n<p >\n<p >\n&copy; Hirondelle News Agency<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arusha, February 3, 2011 (FH) -
