The two officials met on the edges of the third World Justice Forum that was held in Spain between June 20 and 23.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nZimbabwe is believed to be a hideout for Protais Mpiranya, former Commander of the Presidential Guard.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nOthers main fugitives on the run are Augustin Bizimana, former Rwandan minister of Defence and Felicien Kabuga, a former Rwandan business man who was allegedly financier of the 1994 genocide.
