According to the ICTR, the only case that will need more time for completion should be that of former Planning Minister Augustin Ngirabatware. His trial is expected to come to an end in May 2012.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nJustice Khan will address the UN Security Council again in December to deliver her annual report on the completion strategy of the ICTR.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nA so-called Residual Mechanism will commence in July 2012.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nER\/GF&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p >\n<p>\n&copy; Hirondelle News Agency<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arusha, November 8, 2011 (FH) -
