The ICC charged the three men with crimes against humanity allegedly committed in the former regime's crackdown on dissent that began on February 15, 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nIn their statement, ICC judges also ask Libyan authorities to indicate if they plan to surrender Saif to the ICC for trial.
