The prosecution is expected to present its witnesses against the Congolese senator and leader of Movement for Liberation of Congo, who is charged with crimes against humanity and war crimes committed in Central African Republic between 2002 and 2003.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nKenya confirmation of charges ruling: The pre-trial judges will deliver this week their decision on six Kenyan officials suspected of crimes against humanity committed after the Presidential election in 2007. The judges would decide whether to confirm or not the charges against the six officials, including Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta, Head of Civil Service Francis Muthaura and former Police Chief Mohamed Hussein Ali. Others are former Higher Education Minister William Ruto, former Minister for Industrialization Henry Kosgey and radio journalist Joshua arap Sang.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nICTR\n<\/p>\n<p >\nNgirabatware trial resumption: The trial of former Rwandan planning minister Augustin Ngirabatware marks the first hearing before the ICTR this year.
