The Congolese senator and leader of Movement for Liberation of Congo is charged with crimes against humanity and war crimes committed in Central African Republic between 2002 and 2003.\n<\/p>\n<p >\n<p >\nICTR\n<\/p>\n<p >\n<p >\nNgirabatware trial : There will be no trial at ICTR next week as the only continuing case before the lower court involving former Rwandan Planning Minister Augustin Ngirabatware has been pushed to February 20.
