\nResumption of Bemba's trial: The prosecution is expected on Tuesday (February 28) to call its last witness in the trial of Jean-Pierre Bemba. The 40th witness is set to testify via video link from Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to support charges of crimes against humanity and war crimes committed in Central African Republic in 2002 and 2003, for which the Congolese senator and leader of Movement for Liberation of Congo is accused of.\n<\/p>\n

\nICTR\n<\/p>\n
\n
\nNgirabatware trial: There will be no trial at ICTR for next week as the only continuing case at the first instance involving former Rwandan Planning Minister Augustin Ngirabatware has been pushed to March 5. The Tribunal is expected to receive extra evidence from the prosecution to challenge the defendant's defence of alibi over his presence in Rwanda between April 23 and May 23, 1994. The accused completed presenting his defence case on February 22.\n<\/p>\n
