According to the judges, there were reasonable grounds to believe that Hussein, who was Interior Minister and Special Representative of the President in the western troubled region at the time, was criminally responsible for persecution, murders, rape, inhumane acts and attacks against civilian population, among others. This case is the ICC's fourth case in Darfur. ICC judges have already issued arrest warrants against Sudanese President al-Bashir, former Interior Minister Ahmed Harun and Militia leader Ali Kusheyb. None of them has been arrested yet.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nDelivery of judgment for Lubanga announced: On Wednesday it was announced that delivery of judgment in the case of Thomas Lubanga would be on March 14.
