Ndimbati was former mayor of Gisovu commune in Kibuye prefecture, Western Rwanda while Ryandikayo was a manager of a restaurant in Gishyita in the same prefecture.<\/p>\n<p>ICC<\/p>\n<p>Libya\u00a0requests information on conduct of defence counsel: Libyan government Monday requested the International Criminal Court (ICC) to convene a status conference to clarify the status of investigation into the conduct of the Office of Counsel for Public Defence (OCPD) which assigned defence counsel for Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi, wanted by ICC for crimes against humanity.<\/p>\n<p>Gbagbo\u2019s confirmation of charges hearing postponed: The confirmation of charges hearing in the case of former President of C\u00f4te d'Ivoire, Laurent Gbagbo, has been postponed\u00a0until the issue of his fitness to take part in the proceedings is resolved.
