The Hirondelle News Agency, based in Arusha, Tanzania, reported on the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) from 1997 and the International Criminal Court (ICC) from 2010. In June 2015, Hirondelle News handed over to JusticeInfo.net.
