Alleged video confessions are circulating in which they not only admit their participation to crimes committed against the Rohingya, but also implicate their commanders for giving them \u2018genocidal\u2019 orders. How these testimonies affect both the <a href=\"en\/justiceinfo-comment-and-debate\/opinion\/39458-rohingya-why-the-icc-was-right-and-what-it-must-do.html\">ICC\u2019s investigations<\/a> and the ongoing case at the International Court of Justice?
