Rapp, d&eacute;non&ccedil;ant un manque de coop&eacute;ration des autorit&eacute;s k&eacute;nyanes.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nRapp a indiqu&eacute; que le procureur en chef du TPIR, Hassan Bubacar Jallow, avait rencontr&eacute; en juin les responsables k&eacute;nyans concern&eacute;s.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nRichissime homme d'affaires, Kabuga est notamment accus&eacute; d'avoir command&eacute; les machettes utilis&eacute;es pour tuer les Tutsis pendant le g&eacute;nocide de 1994.\n<\/p>\n<p >\n<p >\nAncien chef des poursuites au TPIR et ancien procureur du Tribunal sp&eacute;cial pour la Sierre Leone (TSSL), Rapp est arriv&eacute; &agrave; Arusha en provenance de Kigali.\n<\/p>\n<p >\nCes entretiens avec les autorit&eacute;s rwandaises ont notamment port&eacute; sur les poursuites judiciaires contre les auteurs pr&eacute;sum&eacute;s du g&eacute;nocide se trouvant &agrave; l'&eacute;tranger et ne figurant pas sur la liste des suspects recherch&eacute;s par le TPIR, a-t-il dit.\n<\/p>\n<p >\n<p >\nER\/GF\n<\/p>\n<p >\n<p>&copy; Agence Hirondelle<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arusha, 24 ao&ucirc;t 2010 (FH) -
