Gbagbo avait \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 en 2018 dans son pays \u00e0 20 ans de prison pour le \"braquage\" de la Banque centrale des Etats d'Afrique de l'Ouest (BCEAO) en 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 graci\u00e9 en 2022 par l'actuel pr\u00e9sident Alassane Ouattara, mais pas amnisti\u00e9.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Si la gr\u00e2ce permet au condamn\u00e9 de ne pas devoir purger sa peine, elle ne l'annule pas contrairement \u00e0 l'amnistie. Et une personne condamn\u00e9e ne peut pas se pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 une \u00e9lection.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Le PPA-CI dit pr\u00e9voir un \"congr\u00e8s extraordinaire pour la d\u00e9signation formelle\" de M. Gbagbo comme candidat et annonce que la \"priorit\u00e9\" du parti est \"d\u00e9sormais accord\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle et aux autres \u00e9ch\u00e9ances \u00e9lectorales de 2025\".\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Il souhaite \u00e9galement obtenir \"la r\u00e9inscription du nom\" de M.
