{"id":137524,"date":"2024-10-25T08:23:03","date_gmt":"2024-10-25T06:23:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.justiceinfo.net\/137524-ouganda-un-ancien-commandant-de-la-lra-condamne-a-40-ans-de-prison-tribunal.html"},"modified":"2024-10-25T08:23:03","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T06:23:03","slug":"ouganda-un-ancien-commandant-de-la-lra-condamne-a-40-ans-de-prison-tribunal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.justiceinfo.net\/fr\/137524-ouganda-un-ancien-commandant-de-la-lra-condamne-a-40-ans-de-prison-tribunal.html","title":{"rendered":"Ouganda: un ancien commandant de la LRA condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 40 ans de prison (tribunal)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n             Un tribunal ougandais a condamn\u00e9 vendredi l'ancien commandant de la r\u00e9bellion de l'Arm\u00e9e de r\u00e9sistance du Seigneur (LRA) Thomas Kwoyelo \u00e0 40 ans de prison pour crimes de guerre et crimes contre l'humanit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'issue d'un proc\u00e8s historique.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Ce jugement est le premier prononc\u00e9 pour de tels faits par une juridiction en Ouganda contre un responsable de ce mouvement de gu\u00e9rilla fond\u00e9 dans le pays dans les ann\u00e9es 1980, qui a sem\u00e9 la terreur en Afrique centrale durant une trentaine d'ann\u00e9es.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            \"La peine de 40 ans\" refl\u00e8te correctement les crimes commis par Thomas Kwoyelo, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Michael Elubu, juge pr\u00e9sident de la Division des crimes internationaux (ICD), si\u00e9geant dans la ville de Gulu (nord).\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            L'ex-\"colonel\" a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9 coupable en ao\u00fbt de 44 chefs d'accusation dont meurtres, enl\u00e8vements et pillages.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Lors des audiences qui se sont termin\u00e9es en mai, Thomas Kwoyelo, \u00e2g\u00e9 d'une cinquantaine d'ann\u00e9es, avait plaid\u00e9 non coupable.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            M.
