L\u2019ancien milicien risque donc une peine maximum de 30 ans, ce qu\u2019a requis le procureur. Le milicien congolais est incarc\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 La Haye depuis mars 2006 et a d\u00e9j\u00e0 pass\u00e9 plus de 6 ans en d\u00e9tention. Six ann\u00e9es qui devraient \u00eatre d\u00e9duites de sa peine.
