Au TPIR, la chambre d\u2019appel a annonc\u00e9 qu\u2019elle tiendrait deux sessions en octobre, pour rendre ses jugements dans les affaires Justin Mugenzi, Prosper Mugiraneza et Jean-Baptiste Gatete.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0CPI<\/p>\n<p>Le procureur Fatou Bensouda a soumis mercredi \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e des Etats parties une liste de trois noms, dont l\u2019un sera retenu en novembre pour devenir procureur adjoint de la CPI. Raija Toiviainen (Finlande), Paul Rutledge (Australie) et James Stewart (Canada) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s parmi les 126 candidats ayant pos\u00e9 leur candidature pour ce poste.<\/p>\n<p>RDC<\/p>\n<p>HRW accuse les rebelles du M23 de crimes de guerre. Dans un rapport publi\u00e9 mardi, Human Rights Watch a accus\u00e9 le M23 d\u2019avoir commis de nombreux crimes de guerre dans l\u2019Est du Congo. Trente-trois personnes au moins ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ex\u00e9cut\u00e9es alors qu\u2019elles essayaient de fuir les rebelles, tandis que 46 femmes et jeunes filles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 viol\u00e9es. HRW estime que le M23 doit rendre des comptes pour ces crimes de m\u00eame que les officiels rwandais qui soutiennent le mouvement en armes et en munitions.<\/p>\n<p>TPIR<\/p>\n<p>La chambre d\u2019appel du TPIR a annonc\u00e9 qu\u2019elle se r\u00e9unirait en session en octobre dans deux affaires. Le 8 octobre, elle entendra les appels de deux anciens ministres, Justin Mugenzi et Prosper Mugiraneza, qui contestent leur condamnation en premi\u00e8re instance \u00e0 30 ans de prison.
