Nous contestons le jugement et la sentence \u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019agence Hirondelle Ma\u00eetre Jean-Marie Biju-Duval.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ce premier jugement rendu par le CPI dix ans apr\u00e8s sa cr\u00e9ation par le Statut de Rome entr\u00e9 en vigueur en juillet 2002, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 salu\u00e9 par le monde entier. Plusieurs ONG avaient saisi l\u2019occasion pour r\u00e9clamer l\u2019arrestation du co-accus\u00e9 de Thomas Lubanga, le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral dissident Bosco Ntaganda.<\/p>\n<p>La CPI recherche \u00e9galement le chef rebelle rwandais Sylvestre Mudacumura dont les combattants continuent de signer diverses exactions dans l\u2019est de la RDCongo.
