Il s\u2019est insurg\u00e9, en particulier, contre la non-ex\u00e9cution des mandats \u00e9mis en 2005 contre le chef rebelle ougandais Joseph Kony et trois autres leaders de son mouvement.<\/p>\n<p>Laurent Gbagbo demande de nouveau sa remise en libert\u00e9 provisoire : lors d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence de mise en \u00e9tat mardi, la d\u00e9fense de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident ivoirien a demand\u00e9 une nouvelle fois sa lib\u00e9ration provisoire, arguant de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9. Selon son avocat, cette mauvaise sant\u00e9 r\u00e9sulterait de ses huit mois de d\u00e9tention en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, entre avril et novembre 2011.<\/p>\n<p>RWANDA\/GENOCIDE<\/p>\n<p>Kigali recherche plus de 50.000 suspects : le parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Rwanda a annonc\u00e9 mercredi qu\u2019au moins 50.000 personnes soup\u00e7onn\u00e9es d\u2019avoir jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le dans le g\u00e9nocide des Tutsis de 1994 \u00e9taient en fuite \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. Le procureur Jean-Bosco Siboyintore a dit esp\u00e9rer que ces \u00ab fugitifs \u00bb, vivant dans des pays africains et occidentaux, finiraient tous par r\u00e9pondre devant la justice.<\/p>\n<p>LA SEMAINE PROCHAINE<\/p>\n<p>Selon le calendrier de la CPI, le s\u00e9nateur et ancien vice-pr\u00e9sident congolais Jean-Pierre Bemba poursuivra sa d\u00e9fense.
