{"id":14606,"date":"2012-11-22T15:43:51","date_gmt":"2012-11-22T14:43:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.justiceinfo.net\/14606-221112-cpigbagbo-la-cpi-rend-public-son-mandat-darret-contre-simone-gbagbo.html"},"modified":"2012-11-22T15:43:51","modified_gmt":"2012-11-22T14:43:51","slug":"221112-cpigbagbo-la-cpi-rend-public-son-mandat-darret-contre-simone-gbagbo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.justiceinfo.net\/fr\/14606-221112-cpigbagbo-la-cpi-rend-public-son-mandat-darret-contre-simone-gbagbo.html","title":{"rendered":"22.11.12 - CPI\/GBAGBO \u2013 LA CPI REND PUBLIC SON MANDAT D\u2019ARRET CONTRE SIMONE GBAGBO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Haye, 22 novembre 2012 (FH) \u2013 La Cour p\u00e9nale internationale (CPI) a rendu public le mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat qu\u2019elle avait d\u00e9livr\u00e9 le 29 f\u00e9vrier 2012 contre Simone Gbagbo.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9pouse de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident ivoirien est poursuivie, en qualit\u00e9 de co-auteur indirecte pour crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9, dont des \u00a0meurtres, viols, pers\u00e9cutions et autres actes inhumains, commis entre le 16 d\u00e9cembre 2010 et le 12 avril 2011 \u00e0 Abidjan et dans l\u2019Ouest de la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire. <\/p>\n<p>Au cours des violences suivant le scrutin pr\u00e9sidentiel, au terme duquel les deux candidats, Alassane Ouattara et Laurent Gbagbo, s\u2019\u00e9taient d\u00e9clar\u00e9s vainqueurs, les forces pro-Gbagbo \u00ab\u00a0ont pris pour cible des civils qu\u2019elles pensaient \u00eatre des partisans d\u2019Alassane Ouattara\u00a0\u00bb, selon le mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat. <\/p>\n<p>Simone Gbagbo, \u00ab\u00a0qui \u00e9tait id\u00e9ologiquement et professionnellement tr\u00e8s proche de son mari\u00a0\u00bb, lit-on dans ce mandat, a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un plan devant permettre le maintien au pouvoir de son mari. \u00ab\u00a0Bien que n\u2019\u00e9tant pas \u00e9lue, soulignent les juges, elle se comportait en alter ego de son mari, en exer\u00e7ant le pouvoir de prendre des d\u00e9cisions d\u2019Etat\u00a0\u00bb. Le mandat souligne en outre qu\u2019elle a \u00ab\u00a0donn\u00e9 aux forces pro-Gbagbo l\u2019instruction de commettre des crimes contre des personnes repr\u00e9sentant une menace pour le pouvoir de son mari\u00a0\u00bb et qu\u2019elle exer\u00e7ait \u00ab\u00a0un contr\u00f4le conjoint sur les crimes, dans la mesure o\u00f9 elle avait le pouvoir de contr\u00f4ler les milices de jeunes et de leur donner directement des instructions\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n<p>Selon le procureur, ces milices \u00e9taient int\u00e9gr\u00e9es aux Forces de d\u00e9fense et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (FDS) de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire. L\u2019\u00e9pouse de l\u2019ancien chef d\u2019Etat, d\u00e9tenu dans la prison de la Cour depuis le 30 novembre 2011, aurait aussi donn\u00e9 des instructions au FDS. <\/p>\n<p>Depuis son arrestation, Simone Gbagbo est d\u00e9tenue \u00e0 Odienn\u00e9, dans le Nord-ouest de la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire.
