Selon le quotidien priv\u00e9 rwandais le New Times, le procureur Marit Formo a expliqu\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019y avait \u00ab pas de circonstances att\u00e9nuantes \u00bb possibles dans cette affaire.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9quisitoire a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9 par l\u2019AFP. La d\u00e9fense devrait prononcer sa plaidoirie mercredi, selon les deux sources.<\/p>\n<p>Les faits reproch\u00e9s \u00e0 Bugingo portent sur plusieurs \u00e9pisodes remontant \u00e0 avril 1994, dans l\u2019ancienne pr\u00e9fecture de Kibungo : une tuerie dans un b\u00e2timent administratif, une autre dans l'enceinte d'une \u00e9glise catholique et le massacre, \u00e0 plusieurs occasions, d'individus r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s dans un h\u00f4pital.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui \u00e2g\u00e9 de 47 ans, l\u2019homme travaillait comme agent d'entretien avant son arrestation l'an dernier. Son proc\u00e8s, le premier jamais organis\u00e9 en Norv\u00e8ge pour actes de g\u00e9nocide, a d\u00e9but\u00e9 le 25 septembre. Depuis le mois dernier, la chambre entendait en vid\u00e9o-conf\u00e9rence depuis Kigali plusieurs t\u00e9moins de l\u2019accusation et de la d\u00e9fense.
