C'est juste que, selon leur d\u00e9finition, ils n'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure de lier Ngudjolo \u00e0 ces crimes\u00bb, a-t-elle dit.Les Etats-Unis vont aussi continuer \u00e0 appeler \u00e0 \u00ab l'appr\u00e9hension et la poursuite en justice des auteurs de violations des droits de l'homme, d'atrocit\u00e9s et de crimes en RDC \u00bb, a insist\u00e9 Mme Nuland, dont les propos sont repris sur le site internet du d\u00e9partement d\u2019Etat.Mme Nuland faisait allusion \u00e0 Sylvestre Mudacumura, commandant supr\u00eame des rebelles des Forces d\u00e9mocratiques de lib\u00e9ration du Rwanda (FDLR), et \u00e0 Bosco Ntaganda, ancien g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l'arm\u00e9e congolaise soup\u00e7onn\u00e9 d'\u00eatre le chef des rebelles du Mouvement du 23 mars (M23) cr\u00e9\u00e9 d\u00e9but mai. Les deux g\u00e9n\u00e9raux sont recherch\u00e9s par la CPI pour crimes de guerre et crimes contre l'humanit\u00e9 dans l\u2019est de la RDC.
