Le magistrat a rappel\u00e9 que l\u2019ancien commer\u00e7ant \u00e9tait poursuivi pour des crimes graves et qu\u2019il ne s\u2019\u00e9tait pas pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 de lui-m\u00eame devant la justice.<\/p>\n<p  >Le suspect est d\u00e9crit par le parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral comme un membre influent du Mouvement r\u00e9publicain national pour la d\u00e9mocratie et le d\u00e9veloppement (MRND) de feu le pr\u00e9sident Juv\u00e9nal Habyarimana. Il est notamment accus\u00e9 d\u2019avoir particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019entra\u00eenement de miliciens Interahamwe, dans la r\u00e9gion du Bugesera (Est) et d\u2019y avoir supervis\u00e9 des massacres de Tutsis en 1994. Son extradition avait \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9e par le Rwanda en 2008. En revanche, la demande d\u2019extradition visant Sadi Bugingo, un autre Rwandais vivant en Norv\u00e8ge, n\u2019avait pas abouti, l\u2019homme ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 obtenu la nationalit\u00e9 du pays h\u00f4te. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 devant la justice norv\u00e9gienne et condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 21 ans de prison en f\u00e9vrier dernier.
