Mais, selon le Collectif des parties civiles pour le Rwanda (CPCR) qui a port\u00e9 plainte contre lui, \u00ab il avait repris du service en 1994 \u00bb.Le colonel Serubuga avait fait partie, en 1973, d'un groupe de 11 officiers -
