Les chefs de la communaut\u00e9 banyamulenge (nom des Tutsis du Sud-Kivu, dans l\u2019Est de R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo) du Burundi veulent que Rwasa soit jug\u00e9 pour le massacre, en ao\u00fbt2004, de quelque 160 r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s du camp de Gatumba, \u00e0 l'ouest de la capitale burundaise, Bujumbura, a rapport\u00e9 l\u2019AFP.Dans une plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e le 13 ao\u00fbt aupr\u00e8s du Procureur de la R\u00e9publique, cette communaut\u00e9 accuse l\u2019ancien chef historique des Forces nationales de lib\u00e9ration (FNL) et son ex-porte-parole Pasteur Habimana, d'avoir commandit\u00e9 ce massacre.A l'appui de leur plainte, ces repr\u00e9sentants de la communaut\u00e9 banyamulenge du Burundi citent \u00ab les aveux de M. Habimana sur les ondes tant nationales que\u00a0 internationales revendiquant ce crime \u00bb.Les FNL avaient, par la voix de M. Habimana, imm\u00e9diatement revendiqu\u00e9 le massacre dans les m\u00e9dias.
