Sur le continent africain, il s\u2019agit du Tchad et du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, les pays les plus concern\u00e9s par le proc\u00e8s.L\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne (UE) et l\u2019Union africaine (UA) ont \u00e9galement promis d\u2019y participer financi\u00e8rement.R\u00e9fugi\u00e9 au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal depuis 1990, Hiss\u00e8ne Habr\u00e9\u00a0 est accus\u00e9 de crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9, crimes de guerre et torture durant ses huit ans de pouvoir \u00e0 Ndjamena (1982-1990).\u00a0 Le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et l\u2019UA ont sign\u00e9, en d\u00e9cembre 2012, un accord pour la cr\u00e9ation, dans ce pays d\u2019Afrique occidentale, d\u2019un tribunal sp\u00e9cial en vue de juger M.Habr\u00e9.
