Des Chambres africaines extraordinaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es au sein des tribunaux s\u00e9n\u00e9galais pour juger les crimes les plus graves commis au Tchad sous la pr\u00e9sidence d\u2019 Hiss\u00e8ne Habr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>CPI\/COTE D\u2019IVOIRE<\/p>\n<p>La Cour p\u00e9nale internationale (CPI) a lev\u00e9 les scell\u00e9s lundi sur le mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat visant Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9, ancien ministre de la Jeunesse de l\u2019ex-pr\u00e9sident ivoirien Laurent Gbagbo actuellement entre les mains de la Cour, \u00e0 La Haye, aux Pays-Bas. Le mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 \u00e9tait confidentiel depuis son \u00e9mission le 21 d\u00e9cembre 2011. Simone Gbagbo, l\u2019\u00e9pouse de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident, fait aussi l\u2019objet d\u2019un mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat mais son mari est actuellement le seul suspect entre les mains de la CPI.<\/p>\n<p>Le m\u00eame jour, Abidjan a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une requ\u00eate demandant \u00e0 la CPI de lui laisser le soin de juger devant ses propres tribunaux l\u2019ancienne premi\u00e8re dame encore d\u00e9tenue dans son pays. Le gouvernement ivoirien affirme avoir la volont\u00e9 et la capacit\u00e9 de juger Mme Gbagbo \u00e0 laquelle elle promet un proc\u00e8s \u00e9quitable.<\/p>\n<p>CPI\/KENYA<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est dans le cadre du proc\u00e8s du vice-pr\u00e9sident k\u00e9nyan William Ruto et de l\u2019animateur radio Joshua Sang que la CPI a rendu public son premier mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat pour entrave \u00e0 la justice. Le mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat vise Osapiri Barasa, un K\u00e9nyan soup\u00e7onn\u00e9 d\u2019avoir tent\u00e9 de suborner une personne qui \u00e9tait pressentie comme t\u00e9moin contre Ruto.<\/p>\n<p>SYRIE\/ONU<\/p>\n<p>La F\u00e9d\u00e9ration internationale des ligues des droits de l\u2019Homme (FIDH) a estim\u00e9 mercredi\u00a0 que la r\u00e9solution adopt\u00e9e la veille par le Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ne ram\u00e8nera pas la paix en Syrie tant qu\u2019il n\u2019y aura pas de m\u00e9canisme pour traduire en justice les responsables des crimes internationaux commis dans ce pays.
