L\u2019ex- chef de l\u2019Etat ivoirien est d\u00e9tenu aux Pays-Bas depuis fin 2011. En rejetant la demande de lib\u00e9ration provisoire, les juges de la chambre d\u2019appel ont indiqu\u00e9 craindre qu\u2019il ne disparaisse pour se soustraire \u00e0 la justice.<\/p>\n<p>CPIReprise du proc\u00e8s de Jean-Pierre Bemba : le proc\u00e8s du s\u00e9nateur congolais Jean-Pierre Bemba a repris mercredi devant la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale apr\u00e8s six semaines de suspension. L\u2019essentiel de la d\u00e9position du 33\u00e8me t\u00e9moin de la d\u00e9fense s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 \u00e0 huis clos. Entretemps, une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de ministres africains poursuit des tractations \u00e0 New York dans l\u2019espoir d\u2019obtenir le gel des poursuites contre le pr\u00e9sident k\u00e9nyan.<\/p>\n<p>TSSL\/ROYAUME-UNICharles Taylor serait maltrait\u00e9 : la famille de Charles Taylor accuse l\u2019administration p\u00e9nitentiaire britannique de maltraiter l\u2019ex-pr\u00e9sident lib\u00e9rien. Condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 50 ans de prison pour son r\u00f4le dans la guerre civile en Sierra Leone, Charles Taylor, qui \u00e9tait d\u00e9tenu jusque-l\u00e0 aux Pays-Bas, a \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9 le 15 octobre dernier au Royaume-Uni.
