La chambre pr\u00e9liminaire a conclu \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 qu\u2019il y avait des motifs de croire que le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral dissident tutsi congolais avait jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le dans ces crimes commis en 2002 et 2003 dans le district de l\u2019Ituri dans le nord-est de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC).CPI\/CENTRAFRIQUELa pr\u00e9sidente Catherine Samba-Panza a saisi la CPI : c\u2019est la ministre centrafricaine de la Justice Isabelle Gaudeuille qui a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 mardi la d\u00e9cision du gouvernement centrafricain de transition. Selon un communiqu\u00e9 lu \u00e0 la radio par la ministre, la pr\u00e9sidente Catherine Samba-Panza a saisi la Cour internationale le 30 mai. Elle a invit\u00e9 le bureau de Fatou Bensouda \u00e0 enqu\u00eater sur les crimes les plus graves commis sur le territoire centrafricain depuis le 1er ao\u00fbt 2012. Bensouda, qui avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 entam\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate pr\u00e9liminaire, a assur\u00e9 que la demande des autorit\u00e9s centrafricaines allait acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer son travail.CPI\/COTE D\u2019IVOIREConfirmation des charges contre Gbagbo : la CPI a confirm\u00e9 jeudi quatre chefs de crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de Laurent Gbagbo, renvoyant ainsi l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident ivoirien en proc\u00e8s. Il s\u2019agit de meurtres, viols, autres actes inhumains ou \u2013 \u00e0 titre subsidiaire \u2013 tentative de meurtre et pers\u00e9cution, crimes commis \u00e0 Abidjan en 2010-2011. Selon la chambre pr\u00e9liminaire, il y a des motifs substantiels de croire que Laurent Gbagbo serait p\u00e9nalement responsable de ces crimes.
