Une semaine plus tard, la m\u00eame chambre a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 que le d\u00e9lai de 5 jours pour demander l\u2019autorisation de faire appel courrait \u00e0 compter de la date \u00e0 laquelle Gbagbo recevrait\u00a0 la traduction fran\u00e7aise officielle de cette d\u00e9cision.Ayant re\u00e7u la version fran\u00e7aise, l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 s requ\u00eate le mardi 29 juillet, dans le respect des d\u00e9lais qui lui \u00e9taient impartis.En vertu du Statut de Rome cr\u00e9ant la CPI, la d\u00e9fense ne peut pas directement faire appel d\u2019une d\u00e9cision de confirmation des charges.\u00a0 Elle doit en demander l\u2019autorisation \u00e0 la m\u00eame chambre pr\u00e9liminaire ayant rendu cette d\u00e9cision.Si le renvoi est confirm\u00e9, Gbagbo sera le premier ancien pr\u00e9sident \u00e0 \u00eatre jug\u00e9 par la CPI.Laurent Gbagbo a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis \u00e0 la CPI le 30 novembre 2011 et sa premi\u00e8re comparution devant la Cour internationale a eu lieu le 5 d\u00e9cembre de la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e.La chambre pr\u00e9liminaire a conclu le 12 juin qu\u2019il y avait des motifs substantiels de croire que Laurent Gbagbo serait p\u00e9nalement coupable des quatre chefs d\u2019accusation, pour des crimes perp\u00e9tr\u00e9s \u00e0 Abidjan, la capitale ivoirienne, en 2010 et 2011.ER<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arusha, 1 er ao\u00fbt 2014 (FH) -
