Banda comparaissait de fa\u00e7on volontaire, elle \u00ab\u00a0 reverrait les conditions de son s\u00e9jour aux Pays-Bas pendant le proc\u00e8s \u00bb.Poursuivi pour crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9, Abdallah Banda doit r\u00e9pondre d\u2019une attaque men\u00e9e le 29 septembre 2007 contre la Mission de l\u2019Union africaine au Soudan (MUAS) stationn\u00e9s \u00e0 la base militaire de Haskanita, dans la localit\u00e9 d\u2019Umm Kadada au Darfour-Nord (Soudan).D\u2019autres Soudanais parmi lesquels le pr\u00e9sident Omar El-B\u00e9chir sont recherch\u00e9s par la CPI pour crimes perp\u00e9tr\u00e9s au Darfour.En d\u00e9pit du mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat d\u00e9livr\u00e9 contre lui, le pr\u00e9sident B\u00e9chir se d\u00e9place sans \u00eatre inqui\u00e9t\u00e9 sur le continent africain, dont certains dirigeants accusent la CPI de se livrer \u00e0 une \u00ab chasse raciale \u00bb contre eux.ER<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arusha, 12 septembre 2014 (FH) -
