La peine avait \u00e9t\u00e9 prononc\u00e9e le 10 juillet 2012.Il avait fait appel du jugement et de la peine.Lors du proc\u00e8s en appel en mai dernier, l\u2019ancien chef de milice a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019il trouvait sa condamnation \u00ab incompr\u00e9hensible \u00bb.
