{"id":162194,"date":"2026-07-21T12:03:02","date_gmt":"2026-07-21T10:03:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.justiceinfo.net\/162194-enquete-ouverte-en-france-pour-tortures-concernant-une-autre-flottille-pour-gaza-en-octobre-2025.html"},"modified":"2026-07-21T12:03:02","modified_gmt":"2026-07-21T10:03:02","slug":"enquete-ouverte-en-france-pour-tortures-concernant-une-autre-flottille-pour-gaza-en-octobre-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.justiceinfo.net\/fr\/162194-enquete-ouverte-en-france-pour-tortures-concernant-une-autre-flottille-pour-gaza-en-octobre-2025.html","title":{"rendered":"Enqu\u00eate ouverte en France pour tortures concernant une autre \"flottille pour Gaza\" en octobre 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n             Le parquet national antiterroriste (Pnat) a ouvert une enqu\u00eate pr\u00e9liminaire en France pour tortures le 1er juillet, \"\u00e0 la suite des plaintes de deux personnes ayant pris part \u00e0 une flottille pour Gaza en octobre 2025\", a-t-il indiqu\u00e9 mardi, sollicit\u00e9 par l'AFP.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Les investigations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9es \u00e0 l'Office central de lutte contre les crimes contre l'humanit\u00e9 (OCLCH), a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 ce parquet sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9, et l'enqu\u00eate ouverte \"du chef de tortures au sens de la convention de New York\" contre la torture et autres peines ou traitements cruels, inhumains ou d\u00e9gradants du 10 d\u00e9cembre 1984.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            L'enqu\u00eate pr\u00e9liminaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte le 1er juillet 2026 \"\u00e0 la suite des plaintes de deux personnes ayant pris part \u00e0 une flottille pour Gaza en octobre 2025\", a soulign\u00e9 le Pnat, parquet qui comprend un p\u00f4le crimes contre l'humanit\u00e9.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Une autre enqu\u00eate pr\u00e9liminaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte par le Pnat d\u00e9but juin, pour tortures et crimes de guerre, suite \u00e0 un signalement du Quai d'Orsay sur la mani\u00e8re dont des Fran\u00e7ais d'une autre \"flottille pour Gaza\" avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9s, en mai 2026, par Isra\u00ebl.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Dans le cadre de cette premi\u00e8re enqu\u00eate, l'OCLCH, saisi par le Pnat, a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 contacter la trentaine de ressortissants fran\u00e7ais de la flottille, et en ont entendu certains, ont fait savoir en juin \u00e0 l'AFP des sources proches du dossier.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Les condamnations internationales se sont multipli\u00e9es depuis mai quant au traitement r\u00e9serv\u00e9, en mer puis \u00e0 terre, aux 430 militants de divers pays de cette flottille \u00e0 vocation humanitaire, destin\u00e9e \u00e0 briser le blocus de Gaza.
