{"id":166505,"date":"2026-10-05T12:43:03","date_gmt":"2026-10-05T10:43:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.justiceinfo.net\/166505-la-cpi-rend-publics-deux-nouveaux-mandats-darret-visant-des-ministres-afghans-charges-de-leducation.html"},"modified":"2026-10-05T12:43:03","modified_gmt":"2026-10-05T10:43:03","slug":"la-cpi-rend-publics-deux-nouveaux-mandats-darret-visant-des-ministres-afghans-charges-de-leducation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.justiceinfo.net\/fr\/166505-la-cpi-rend-publics-deux-nouveaux-mandats-darret-visant-des-ministres-afghans-charges-de-leducation.html","title":{"rendered":"La CPI rend publics deux nouveaux mandats d'arr\u00eat visant des ministres afghans charg\u00e9s de l'\u00e9ducation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n             La Cour p\u00e9nale internationale a rendu publics lundi deux nouveaux mandats d'arr\u00eat visant des ministres charg\u00e9s de l'\u00e9ducation en Afghanistan pour pers\u00e9cutions li\u00e9es au genre, un crime contre l'humanit\u00e9.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Ces mandats, qui visent Habibullah Agha, ministre de l'\u00e9ducation, et Neda Mohammad Nadeem, ministre de l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9mis sous scell\u00e9 le 9 septembre 2025, quelques mois apr\u00e8s ceux \u00e9mis contre le chef supr\u00eame taliban Haibatullah Akhundzada et le pr\u00e9sident de la Cour supr\u00eame Abdul Hakim Haqqani, dont certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 rendus publics.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            La Chambre pr\u00e9liminaire de la Cour a conclu dans un communiqu\u00e9 qu'il existait \"des motifs raisonnables\" de croire que \"les quatre suspects \u00e9taient p\u00e9nalement responsables d'avoir ordonn\u00e9, incit\u00e9 ou sollicit\u00e9 la commission d'un crime contre l'humanit\u00e9 de pers\u00e9cution (...) pour des motifs li\u00e9s au genre \u00e0 l'encontre de filles, de femmes et d'autres personnes ne se conformant pas \u00e0 la politique des talibans en mati\u00e8re de genre, d'identit\u00e9 ou d'expression de genre\".\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            M. Agha et M.
