{"id":26506,"date":"2016-03-24T12:05:02","date_gmt":"2016-03-24T11:05:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.justiceinfo.net\/26506-l-ex-porte-parole-du-tpiy-florence-hartmann-arretee-pour-outrage-avant-le-jugement-karadzic.html"},"modified":"2016-03-24T12:05:02","modified_gmt":"2016-03-24T11:05:02","slug":"l-ex-porte-parole-du-tpiy-florence-hartmann-arretee-pour-outrage-avant-le-jugement-karadzic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.justiceinfo.net\/fr\/26506-l-ex-porte-parole-du-tpiy-florence-hartmann-arretee-pour-outrage-avant-le-jugement-karadzic.html","title":{"rendered":"L'ex-porte parole du TPIY Florence Hartmann arr\u00eat\u00e9e pour outrage avant le jugement Karadzic"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L'ancienne porte-parole du procureur du Tribunal p\u00e9nal international pour l'ex-Yougoslavie (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.icty.org\" rel=\"alternate\">TPIY<\/a>), la Fran\u00e7aise Florence Hartmann, a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9e jeudi par des gardes du tribunal, ont constat\u00e9 des journalistes de l'AFP.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur du Tribunal, Florence Hartmann, en pleurs, a \u00e9t\u00e9 emmen\u00e9e par les gardes sous les protestations des manifestants venus \u00e0 La Haye pour la lecture du jugement contre l'ancien chef politique des Serbes de Bosnie Radovan Karadzic.<\/p>\n<p>Florence Hartmann, porte-parole du procureur du TPIY Carla Del Ponte de 2000 \u00e0 2006, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9e pour outrage \u00e0 la Cour en 2009 pour avoir publi\u00e9 dans un livre deux d\u00e9cisions confidentielles.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9cision avait \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e en appel en 2011 mais Mme Hartmann, ancienne correspondante du journal fran\u00e7ais Le Monde dans les Balkans, avait refus\u00e9 de payer une amende de 7.000 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Les juges avaient alors d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'une condamnation \u00e0 sept jours de prison et demand\u00e9 aux autorit\u00e9s fran\u00e7aises d'arr\u00eater et de transf\u00e9rer Mme Hartmann \u00e0 La Haye, ce que le minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res avait refus\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans son livre \"Paix et Ch\u00e2timent\", publi\u00e9 en 2007, elle mentionnait deux d\u00e9cisions confidentielles rendues par la cour d'appel du TPIY dans le cadre du proc\u00e8s de Slobodan Milosevic, qui auraient permis, selon elle, de prouver l'implication de l'Etat serbe dans le massacre de Srebrenica, qui a co\u00fbt\u00e9 la vie \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 8.000 Bosniaques en 1995.<\/p>\n<p>Sa condamnation par le TPIY avait scandalis\u00e9 de nombreux journalistes et organisations actives dans les pays de l'ex-Yougoslavie, qui s'\u00e9taient rassembl\u00e9s au sein d'un comit\u00e9 de soutien.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L'ancienne porte-parole du procureur du Tribunal p\u00e9nal international pour l'ex-Yougoslavie (TPIY), la Fran\u00e7aise Florence Hartmann, a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9e jeudi par des gardes du tribunal, ont constat\u00e9 des journalistes de l'AFP.
