Selon les m\u00e9dias locaux, il a 29 ans.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 lundi \u00e0 un juge \u00e0 Tampere (sud-ouest) qui l'a inculp\u00e9 et plac\u00e9 en d\u00e9tention.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            La police et les services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sont charg\u00e9s de l'enqu\u00eate, pour laquelle ils ont demand\u00e9 la collaboration d'autres pays.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            D'apr\u00e8s un professeur de droit et criminologie de l'universit\u00e9 d'Helsinki cit\u00e9 par le quotidien su\u00e9dophone Hufvudstadsbladet il s'agit de la premi\u00e8re enqu\u00eate pour crimes de guerre ouverte dans le pays depuis 2006.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n            Ce crime peut recouvrir dans le code p\u00e9nal finlandais des faits de torture ou l'assassinat de civils, mais aussi des infractions moins graves comme par exemple l'utilisation trompeuse d'un drapeau blanc.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un homme a \u00e9t\u00e9 incarc\u00e9r\u00e9 lundi en Finlande pour des \"crimes de guerre\" qu'il aurait commis en Irak durant l'\u00e9t\u00e9 2014, a indiqu\u00e9 la police finlandaise.
